Inside Sales Manager (m/v/d)

Jolt Energy GmbH, based in Munich, was founded in 2018 by a team of automotive and power engineering managers with the goal of breaking the traditional conventions of urban charging. At JOLT, we believe that e-mobility will only be successful if sufficient fast charging options are available. Our company is building a network of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles in European and North American cities.

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team and serve as a crucial bridge between Sales and Operations, as well as other departments, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Main tasks:

  • Conduct comprehensive EV charger site evaluations to support our expansion efforts.
  • Manage daily sales administration tasks, including data management and updates across Excel, Salesforce, and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Sales team and other departments, ensuring operational alignment.
  • Gradually take on more responsibilities within Inside Sales and Key Account Management, including engaging with key clients and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Support the Director of Business Development Processing in various sales operations tasks, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Main requirements:

  • Demonstrates a broad overview of sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to administration.
  • Possesses excellent administrative skills, with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Shows potential for sales growth, with a proactive attitude and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Has a background in sales, business administration, or a related field, with experience in the renewable energy sector being a plus.
  • Is a team player with strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across different departments.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
